We manage both residential and commercial properties on behalf of landlords at the agreed rates. Property management
entails rent collection, other collections such as water, service charge, garbage bills etc. It also entails maintenance
of the property whereby we do minor repairs on the property that will have been reported by the tenants or caretaker.
We also clear the tenants when they are vacating making sure that they dont leave with money owed to the landlord.
After a house is vacated, we advertise for new tenants for the house and as professionals, we make sure not house remains
vacant for more than 1 month.
We let houses and business premises to tenant and have them sign the relevant documents. We let the houses within our management
and without. For houses not within our management, we will have come to an agreement with the landlord on the modalities of filling the
houses.
